The cost of shipping

orders of ₹999 and above ship free anywhere in India and a flat ₹49 covers delivery on anything smaller.

Paying the courier in cash costs no more than paying by UPI.

Handling and transit

we need 1–2 business days to check and pack and then after that the courier needs 3–9 business days, longer for remote pin codes.

Anything confirmed by 3:00 PM IST leaves the same working day.

These are courier estimates rather than guarantees . When something slips, you hear it from us.

Which addresses we serve

Shipping is domestic only — we do not ship internationally and cannot hand parcels to a freight forwarder.

A few pin codes are beyond the network we use . We would rather refund than keep an order we cannot fulfil.

Tracking

Collection triggers a tracking email — it can take a few hours to start updating, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. Write to [email protected] or call +91 9300388889.

Damage and failed deliveries

Record the parcel as you open it. A damaged, wrong or missing item reported with that video inside 48 hours of delivery is replaced or refunded by us, return courier included.

An incomplete address or repeated failed attempts send the parcel back to us . Give us a good address and we go again, with the flat fee applied once more.
