What payment methods do you take?

UPI at checkout, or Cash on Delivery. Cards and wallets are not available here.

Which areas do you cover?

India only, and nearly all of it. Where a pin code is unreachable we refund in full.

Do you sell brand-name goods?

Everything is sold as Sotira Society stock. We hold no dealership or agency and make no brand claims.

Do you charge GST? Can I get a GST invoice?

We are below the GST registration threshold, so there is no GST on your order and no GST invoice. You get an ordinary sale invoice.

Can I get my prescription put into these?

Not through us. We sell frames with the lenses described on the page. Any prescription glazing is something an optician would have to do separately.

Is there a showroom?

Sotira Society trades online only; the address we list is administrative.

When will it arrive?

We pack in 1–2 business days, then the courier takes 3–9. Orders after 3:00 PM IST go out the next working day.

How long do refunds take?

Within 7 business days of the item reaching us and passing inspection. Cancelled prepaid orders reverse in 5 to 7 working days.

What is your return policy?

Yes — within 10 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging with the invoice.

What if an item is faulty?

Send the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged, wrong or missing items are replaced or refunded at our cost, return courier included.
