When an order goes wrong
an order spends 1–2 business days with us before it leaves and from collection to your door is 3–9 business days.
Film the unboxing. Damage, a wrong item or a shortfall reported inside 48 hours with video is put right at our cost, including the return leg.
The return window is 10 days; refunds follow within 7 business days . There is no direct exchange, stated here rather than buried in a policy page.
