Nothing is charged to cancel while the parcel is still in our hands, though the 3:00 PM IST cut-off is a hard edge.

After dispatch

After collection the parcel is out of our reach . Use the return policy instead — 10 days from delivery.

Reversal timing

A prepaid UPI order cancelled before dispatch is reversed within 5 to 7 working days, per the Reserve Bank of India’s stated timeline.

There is no payment to reverse on a cancelled Cash on Delivery order, and no fee is deducted for cancelling.

Cancellations from our side

Occasionally we have to cancel an order ourselves, whether from damaged stock, courier coverage, or details that do not check out. We tell you why and return every rupee.

We prefer an honest cancellation to a disappointing delivery.
